 A reception on Friday November 11 from 5-7 .

PICK-UP DATE IS: Wednesday January 4th from 11-5  a $5 a day storage fee will be assessed late pick-up.

Conditions of Exhibition

1. Form must be filled out completely, with information attached to each work. No work will be accepted without this information.

2. A fee of $10.00 will be assessed to current members of the B.M.A.H. for each person entering. If you are not a current member you may join by paying $40.00 and the entry fee. Your membership will run from the date you joined for one year. If work is not for sale a an extra $10.00 will be assessed to each entry.

3. Commission: B.M.A.H.. will retain 40% of the sale for each work sold. Please price your work to include the 40%.

4. Two works may be entered. Total dimensions not to exceed 1400 square inches of each piece. Works may be in any media.

5. All work must be framed (excluding quilts & textiles) & ready to hang or display. NO GLUE ON

HANGING TAGS!

6. All work must be submitted on the dates specified no early or late entries will be accepted.

7. Original work only - no reproductions, copies or work previously displayed at the B.M.A.H.

8. Artist are encouraged to bring brochures, photos, and other promotional material to be added to the B.M.A.H. portfolio, which is on public display during the member shows.

9. Liability Although every reasonable effort will be made to protect the art work.

B.M.A.H. staff and volunteers cannot be held responsible for damage or theft. Your entry into this exhibition

constitutes agreement with these policies.
